Fiorenza Oriana"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Born in Genoa on March 29, 1990, after graduating from high school with highest honors, she obtained a degree in Law from the University of Genoa, with a score of 110\/110 cum laude, discussing a thesis in criminal law entitled \u201c<em>Criminalit\u00e0 informatica: reati contro il patrimonio<\/em>\u201d, under the supervision of Prof. Paolo Pisa.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In October 2016 she obtained the license to practice law, winning the award \u201c<em>Clori Iovine Riccio Tabassi<\/em>\u201d instituted by A.I.G.A., awarded to the youngest newly qualified lawyer in the district of the Court of Appeal of Genoa.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In May 2020, she obtained the degree of Doctor of Research in Criminal Law at the University of Genoa, defending a doctoral thesis entitled \u201c<em>Tutela dell\u2019onore e Internet: tra vecchi problemi e tentativi di riforma<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since February 2021, she has been a part of the Ceresa-Gastaldo Law Firm, primarily focusing on criminal law of the economy; environment, construction, and urban planning; workplace safety; tax and bankruptcy criminal law; criminal law of public administration; as well as corporate criminal liability.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In November 2021, she was awarded a research grant in criminal law at the University of Genoa, on the subject on \u201c<em>Tutela della libert\u00e0 di espressione nell\u2019epoca di internet e delle fake news<\/em>\u201d, under the supervision of Professor Federico Consulich.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She has been a member of Supervisory Boards of several companies operating in the construction and waste sectors. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She is a founding member of the Association \u201c<em>Centro Studi per la legalit\u00e0 d&#8217;Impresa<\/em>\u201d and has authored several publications in scientific journals on criminal law.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":489,"parent":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":true},"class_list":["post-514","team","type-team","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.9 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Avv.
